Product Care
Sweet Thing products are all handmade and baked to order. Products are best when received and consumed. All products can be placed in the freezer for up to 6 months. Please let product defrost for at least 2 hours for optimal freshness and taste. Our basic cookie products which include cookies, bars, and pies can be heated up at 350 for 8-10 minutes for an optimal ooey gooey cookie experience.
Ordering/Shipping/Returns
We bake all of our treats fresh when ordered. We want to make sure we offer you the best, freshest, yummiest treats we can. We prefer 48 hours notice but we do understand things come up so we will do the best we can to meet your timing needs. In terms of shipping, we try to get our products to you in the most efficient manner we can while managing timing and shipping charges. Orders will ship out Monday through Wednesday only. Orders made after 12pm on Wednesday will ship the next Monday except in the case of overnight shipping. Please double check your shipping address as we cannot guarantee orders for an incorrect address. We CANNOT ship to PO boxes. There are no RETURNS, we make all products to order. WE CAN NOT CONTROL UPS DELIVERY ISSUES SUCH AS WEATHER AND PANDEMIC RELATED ISSUES, WE CAN NOT REFUND FOR MISSING DELIVERY DATES THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We offer daily pick up from our kitchen promptly at noon on Monday-Saturday.
