Sweet Thing started from the love of all things sweet. It truly bloomed from the love to bake and to create the best, yummiest treats. We work very hard to make sure we are giving you what you want and that it tastes just right. 

The company started in 2018 when a former packaged goods marketing executive and a chef met and decided to push the concept of all things cookie forward.  This collaboration created delectable gourmet cookies, doozies (cookie sandwiches), bars, rugelach, edible cookie dough, whoopie pies, and crazy cookie cakes. We rented kitchen space and focused on developing our product line, shipping cookies, and corporate gifts. We started out doing events and parties and soon gained wholesale customers. We were chugging along until 2020 when COVID hit and we had no idea what to expect. We quickly regrouped and offered our customers family-sized options. We love social media and the pandemic greatly helped us expand our following. Our team was shipping out hundreds of gifts every week. Our social media growth also led to wholesale growth and we were fortunate to win many other wholesale accounts. We grew so much over the pandemic that we were able to build out our Sweet Thing facility. We moved in the spring of 2022 and have not looked back.
